Everything is going tech folks.

iPhone has released a new application that gives users the opportunity to confess their sins and helped Catholics to rediscover their faith. It invites iPhone users to "personalized examination of conscience for each user.”

Patrick Leinen from the Little iApps in Indiana said:

"Our desire is to invite Catholics to engage in their faith through digital technology.”

"Taking to heart Pope Benedict XVI's message from last years' World Communications Address, our goal with this project is to offer a digital application that is truly 'new media at the service of the word."

World Communications Day this year was celebrated on January 24, and Pope Benedict XVI said on his address that there is a greater need of Christian presence in the digital age.

The iPhone confession app was helped developed by some members of the Catholic clergy of the United States.

The app is $1.99.

What do you think of the new app?
