Yes, a guy made a marriage proposal at the Araneta Coliseum. Josh Reyes, assistant coach of Talk n’ Text asked the hand of his girlfriend Maybel Natividad after his team won their semi-finals match against the B-MEG Derby Ace last Friday, January 14.
Josh gave the diamond ring and popped up the question: “Will you marry me?”
And his girlfriend Maybel said: “Yes, of course!”
It will be remembered that PBA player Vince Hizon also made his marriage proposal to Patricia Bermudez in the middle of the basketball court of the Big Dome years back. And after Patricia said yes, a resounding “Hizon Three Points!” was heard.
